Build Log 1/8th scale 1979 Ford F-150 Super Cab Basher "Far Beyond Driven"

Started this build log a while back, I got rather side tracked when I picked up an RC4wd trail stomper...and so Far Beyond Driven took a place on my shelf. After a lot of thinking about it and where I was heading with this , I came to the conclusion those axles wouldn't be good for high speeds...not like I was looking for with the Emaxx trans and the 14.4 volt motors...which ended up in my clod digger . Anyhow. It wasn't a good combination . So what I have here is about 4 weeks of fab and just getting better with the solder. Brass and solder is really easy to work with if you take your time and think before you cut or bend anything. going to put up a few picks. This is a work in progress. Practice for a Full tube chassis for my clod grave digger some day when Im old...which is getting closer.
