Help me Identify this car

I need help to identify this RC car. My son has pretty much stripped the spur gear and I can't figure out what this is so I can't find parts.

I bought it off a guy on craigslist for my son and he said the LHS had parts but when I took it in there no one could figure it out.

I am including pictures of the car, spur gear and differential in the hopes someone is better at figuring out what car this is.

My thought is a clone but of what?

Any help would be appreciated as my son has stripped the spur gear and the motor no longer engages.

My guess would be Tamiya clone. I'd guess again at a HBX coolfire but, I've only seen one and never what the spur looked like.

It's an HBX coolfire for sure. Parts will be hard to find.
