News Brian Strange Signs On With Panther Race Team

BRIAN STRANGE SIGNS ON WITH PANTHER RACE TEAM

BMiller Racing’s Brian Strange has been on fire on the track as of late, and his recent
success has paid off, having signed on to be a member of the Panther Race Team.
Strange started using Panther tires during a 10-race win streak at LSR Speedway in
Sacramento, and found the tires to really hook up. So he was more than pleased
when he got the call to join the Panther team.

“I am so excited to get a chance to come on board with Randy Pike and the folks at
Panther,” says Strange. “I started using Panther tires over the past month, and was
really happy with how dialed my cars were on different tracks and under various
conditions. The tire styles and compounds are first class and have given me a
definite edge. I look forward to being part of a Panther program that is doing big
things in the RC marketplace.”

Combining meticulous vehicle prep with a smooth and efficient driving style, Strange
won more than 25 races in the Sacramento area in 2011 and is now looking forward
to advancing to the regional and national levels. While much of his success last
season came in 2wd buggy with his Losi TLR 22, Strange is also dialing in his Team
Associated B44.1 4wd buggy and Losi SCTE 4wd short course truck for the 2012
campaign.

“I’m excited to work with Brian on a more consistent basis. He’s been showing great
speed in and around our region. His cars are always well prepared and he carries
himself very well in the pits. He’s helpful, fast, and he wins. I couldn’t ask for much
more in a team driver,” states Panther Team Manager Randy Pike.

Strange’s attention to detail when it comes to his RC cars results from his other
racing passion, serving as crew chief for his brother Billy’s #28x full scale sprint car.
He is involved in all aspects of the Strange Motorsports program, including
fabrication, car set-up, and maintenance.
