My Rustler was MOVED today and the antena was snipped off
1-2mm. I am wondering if I can get a new antena or is the car junk?

I forgot to mention this in my other post. It is possible to replace the antenna on your receiver yourself, just make sure that you use the EXACT same wire length and type and solder it to the circuit board on the receiver in place of the old one. Just make sure that youre really good with a soldering iron! Otherwise, you can send the receiver back for repair or simply replace it.

Are you talking about the antena on the car? If so what website do you think i should try?

Yeah the antenna on the car. www.traxxas.com should have something about this sort of thing in their FAQ section

Do you know where to find out how much of antenna wire i will need to be exact? My grandpa is good with a soldering iron and my friend will give me the wire i need.
