"ERROR COMMUNICATING WITH DEVICE" message from VISTA 32 bit o.s.

Hi,
What do I need to do to make this work?
This is the message I get when I try to send my updated settings to the esc.
I'm running Vista.
USB connection status is green.
Both lights on the Castle Link adapter are lit..with or without a the batteries connected.

i had this issue on both my vista and xp setup 2 days ago with my 2200kv system, went back and forth and by random acts of gremlins or god it worked eventually and it updated properly to the esc. i dont know what combo of things i did but the MMM with the latest castle link update will work with vista

Try unplugging the Castle Link board (the little board with the lights on it) from the cable, then plug back in. Try again. If the problem persists you can send it in to us and we'll get it fixed up.
