THIS POST ORIGINALLY FROM JUNE 3, 1999
We got word that Team Losi has an all new R/C Buggy in the works! We don't know a whole lot about it yet, except from what we can see in the photos. Here is what we noticed:

Center of Gravity is greatly lowered

Bottom of chasis has slots cut in it to lower the center of gravity

Front shocks are moved back to lower and center the center of gravity

Front steering linkage is totally redesigned to be much smoother

Servo is much easier to work on

Rear shocks are shorter to lighten the car up

Shocks use threaded adjustment system

Wing is mounted using body clips... no more flimsy wire that can fall out

New, sleeker body with greater downforce
The release date is expected to be early September, but it could be earlier if Losi loses the World's and doesn't need to reprint the boxes with the "World Champion" logo.

Here are some pictures that Xtreme R/C Magazine was able to get. Many thanks go out to the guys that took these pics! (Click the pic to see a larger view).
